JOB DESCRIPTION: Bathroom remodeling. Work to include the following:

1. Remove old tub, vanity, and toilet.
2. Install new American Standard tub ($200 allotted), 36" vanity and top ($250 allotted for both),
chrome Delta vanity faucet model 1307, chrome Delta scald-guard model 1310, and elongated
American Standard toilet with seat ($130 allotted).
3. Install new ceramic tile floor (12" tile and grout supplied by owner).
4. Remove all debris from site.

* D&S Construction warranties their workmanship for one year from the date of completion.

We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor --- completed in accordance with above specifications,
for the sum of: Eighty-five hundred------ dollars ($8,500.00).

Payment to be made as follows: 15% down, Friday draws, and final upon completion.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All excess materials at the job site belong to the contractor.
All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices, and all applicable
federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving
extra costs will be executed with a written and signed change order, and will become an extra charge over
and above the proposal amount.
All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our
control. The owner is to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. D & S participates in the Better
Business Bureau dispute resolution program.
Owner is subject to repayment of legal costs and attorney fees
acquired by contractor in disputed, breach or default cases.

This proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within       15 days
